Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wizzsurf website and the “personal voice message” service (“Service”) operated by Inderaction Ltd.

1. Your agreement

By using the Service and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. How the service works

You create a message by recording a short voice note and choosing a delivery date and time. After payment, we store the message content and schedule an email to the recipient containing a private play link.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

• You must have the right to provide the content you submit.
• You must not use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or spam content.
• Recipient details must be accurate and you must have a lawful basis to contact the recipient.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. The total charge is £1 (or the price displayed at checkout). Charges may be subject to taxes depending on jurisdiction.

5. Delivery timing

Delivery occurs when the scheduled job runs and Resend successfully sends the email. Email delivery to the recipient depends on the recipient's mail provider. We do not guarantee delivery to any specific inbox or that delivery will not be delayed by third-party providers.

6. Marketing emails

We may send you promotional emails and newsletters about Wizzsurf where permitted by applicable law. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending marketing emails to you as soon as practicable.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inderaction Ltd is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party services (including but not limited to Stripe, Resend, email providers, and hosting providers).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
